I ordered a 1.2 130 Mokka Auto Elite Premium in Oct 2021. Silver /Grey black roof. I was aware that there would be a delay due to shortage of deliveries caused by the semi conductor chips and Covid at factories Stellantis. However Tom Gemmell in sales was excellent. He is a great reliable communicator. I was able to ask questions through email and telephone . Tom knows his stuff with cars and was driving a Mokka work car. So he knew a lot about the product. Tom took me through the order and the partnership details. I purchased the Supagard which I believe is worth it. Water just runs off your body work. I also purchased some Good quality mats for the cabin and boot. The staff are all efficient and helpful at Vauxhall Underwood's at Clacton on sea . Tom also was realistic with what car would be suitable as I have a disability. The Mokka works well in the same way as previous models getting in and out of the car with ease. The new model is in my opinion better in most ways . The handling and the new modern design. The car comes with first year tax and break down included. I also bought Gap insurance. The service plan is also a good way of keeping the car efficient and in warranty. The car arrived and I picked it up 31st January 2022 about 10 weeks . That was pretty good considering the delays . It's worth waiting !.. Tom took all the stress out of buying the car and made it a pleasure . He is polite and has a good sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Keeping me informed and being patient with my on going questions. The quality of a Vauxhall vehicle now is just outstanding. The designs of the models will take some beating in terms of their competition. I would recommend a test drive of the new Mokka. Well done Tom at Underwood's Clacton and staff . Also Vauxhall.​

The experience I had in all the paperwork and detail was made so smooth by your colleague Glyn Lashmar. He is truly remarkable in how he deals so effortlessly in the complicated transaction of completing the sale. Nothing is too much effort for him and the recipient is informed of every detail making it seem so simply.

The way he guided me through the installation of the Pod/Charger, which was so stressful in itself, was truly amazing. It was in the end installed by a lovely men who couldn't do enough when the previous man from his company was so unhelpful and unprofessional. I rang Glyn and he was on to it straightaway and sorted it out. I had to pay an Electrician to make two visits and prove the stopcock had been earthed even though it couldn't be seen and the installer wouldn't believe me. He had to do the job twice leaving the wire visible for him. He called in sick on his day of arrival delaying the matter even more. All he needed was a device to test it but that wasn't good enough. I never saw him again. The actual installer didn't even come into the property to try and look for the earthing. As it happened the Pod was installed on the day I collected the car just a few hours later.

You have a truly amazing staff member who works so hard trying to make sure the customer goes away beaming with happiness!

On Thursday of last week I telephoned ahead from Halstead and was put through to Thomas Gemmell.

I explained that I wanted to look at a Crossland Auto from your website. He immediately confirmed it would be ready on my arrival, which it was.

From the initial test drive to my departure on that morning I received first class attention from Tom. I have always made two visits when considering a car as I’m not one to make an immediate decision. However on this occasion a years tax and the prompt positive response to my query as to being able to collect the car from your branch in Sudbury really made any further hesitation unnecessary. Much to my wife’s amazement I had agreed to purchase the vehicle within an hour of arriving.

Tom’s professionalism continued last Wednesday when despite arriving early I found him in Sudbury ready to greet me and conclude the necessary paperwork and introduction with the minimum of fuss. I also note from my housephone that I missed a call from your number yesterday which would have been his follow up call.

In short, having been an Underwoods customer for some 20 years plus, I once again have received excellent service and duly thank you. The car was in A1 condition.
