So what are the benefits of an online account?

Motability are continuously bringing new features to their online account. Currently, you can do the following:

  • Check the progress and view details of a new Scheme application if you have placed one recently
  • View your PIN which is required when collecting your new car
  • View and edit your personal details
  • View key lease dates and important Scheme documents
  • Find contact details for Underwoods as your chosen managing dealership

The latest feature to be added to the online account allows you to start your next application from the comfort of home – saving you time when you visit us at Underwoods. If you are an existing customer and ready to order your next vehicle on the Scheme, head to the ‘New car application’ area of your account and follow the onscreen instructions to check and update your personal details and allowance information. Please note that this feature is currently only available to customers without an appointee.
