I’ve just bought a car from Glyn at Underwoods in Clacton. I couldn’t have asked for better service. There was no hard sell, just useful information and patience with my many questions. When I picked up my "new" car it was immaculate and had been thoroughly checked so I don’t need to have it serviced or MOT’d for 12 months. The drive was better when I picked it up than when I test drove it. Before I left the forecourt my phone was connected and I was shown where all the controls were. I will definitely return to buy another car at some point as everyone was happy to help without being overbearing.

Good service. Right from the first phone call I could tell it was going to be a pleasant experience, Justin was polite and helpful, following on with my first visit he was helpful, informative and not pushing me to buy anything I did not want, always there to answer any questions that I had and kept me in the loop until I was ready to collect the car followed by a phone call the next day to check everything was OK with the car, I would definitely recommend Underwoods Tiptree and will use them in the future.

We were dealt with by Terry Cranfield (Sales Advisor) whom from start to finish has been so very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing has been too much trouble for him he has contacted us since having the vehicle to check all is well., he said any controls or buttons we are unsure off to jot them down on a pad and call him or pop in and he will sort it out for us, this kind of help is really rare these days so we cannot recommend buying a car from this garage highly enough, we will certainly be recommending to family and friends also. We also would like to thank David (Sales Manager) for explaining the New Mazda 2 litre Eco Engine to us. We are thrilled with the car a Mazda CX-5.

Justin was on hand when we viewed the Škoda Karoq on holiday Monday. Very nice man, helpful as you would expect but much more. He helped us change our private number plate with DVLA explained what we need to do next. When we picked up the car on the first of June, Justin explained how everything worked on the car, connected my phone to it, which was very helpful as we are not very tec savvy. He advised me to just take my time to get used to the automatic gear box but most of all enjoy the car.
