Delivered my car to you for M.O.T. and Service, on 31st December, was greeted with a smile from Reception and asked if I would like a hot drink which I accepted while I waited for my car. A short while later Reception came over to tell me they had problem with a pipe that needed replacing and the rear brake pads were very dangerous. I agreed for them to order the parts to which I was given a loan car to get me home. I was informed that I was covered on Insurance until my car was ready. I was kept informed on the progress and had a phone call Thursday morning to say it was ready to pick up. When I arrived I was explained what was done in detail and was very pleased. The vehicle was ready and waiting for me within a week, I arrived and picked it up and was advised by Glyn it was prepared ready to go excellent service experience, the Mokka electric. Brilliant to drive excellent cannot find any fault. Quick comfortable very competitive priced second hand car fully loaded, you wont lose money with this car. Probably will hold its price manufactures warranty excellent.

When Youngs in Tiptree the previous local Ford Dealer closed was very reluctant to go elsewhere. When Underwoods took on the Ford dealership I was hesitant to move there but I shouldn't have been. It’s a great atmosphere with a modern showroom with some fantastic vehicles available. I have dealt with a few salesman over the years I have been using Underwoods but more recently; Guy, and Steve who is the sales manager who are both very friendly, honest and genuine with a vast knowledge of the vehicles. Though I may be a little fussy they are always so accommodating and always go the extra mile for me without seeing me as an inconvenience. The sales process is always a breeze and they always ensure the vehicles are fully prepped and checked over before collection, and are quick to deal with any queries or concerns.
It’s not often you come across a dealership like Underwoods, As they don’t treat you like a number or just another sale. This is great customer service where they also check how you are getting on with the vehicle, remember you by name when you pop in and always offer a brew! Even if it’s just for after sales such as servicing and or repairs.
