Fantastic service and support from Dominic at Underwoods. I purchased a Skoda Enyaq from Underwoods in late February, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. A huge thank you to Dominic for his exceptional service—he was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process and ensured the car was in top-notch condition.We did hit a minor snag during the purchase when a firmware update failed on the car. However, the way Underwoods handled it was impressive. Their Engineering Chief Ian was proactive in finding a solution and maintained efficient communication with Skoda UK to resolve the issue. Despite that small delay, I ultimately received a high-quality, excellent-value Enyaq. I’ve been driving the car for two months now and I’m absolutely loving it. If you're looking for professional service and a dealership that truly stands by its vehicles, I highly recommend Dominic and the team at Underwoods!
