Although Underwoods are no longer able to deliver you a brand new car under the Motability Scheme, we are still accredited by Motability and can provide you with Servicing and full Warranty support and repairs for your existing and future vehicles.

We continue to hold Authorised Repairer status Vauxhall, Skoda, Kia and Ford and have locations in Clacton, Sudbury and Tiptree.

So from whichever dealership you have taken delivery of your shiny new car, if we are local to you, or you prefer the "Underwoods Experience" we can help.

Courtesy Cars & Collections

Underwoods can provide either Courtesy Cars or a Collection & Delivery service to all customers including Motability scheme users.

These services are dependent upon availability and charges do apply* including to Motability customers. Unfortunately these services are not included as part of the 'Motability Scheme' package.

We highly recommend making your booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

*Collection & Delivery service is available within a 15 mile radius of each Underwoods location, charged at £12.

*Courtesy Cars are subject to availability and an administration charge applies of £8.50 per day when RSA Insurance details and Driving Licence check are provided. Driver’s must be 21 years or over. Exclusions may apply.

Can you do Warranty repairs on my Motability scheme car?

Yes we are able to make warranty repairs to all Motability scheme cars from Vauxhall, Ford, Skoda and Kia, as we hold authorised repairers status. All our Technicians are trained by the manufacturers and we use genuine parts and tooling.

Do you supply new cars on the Motability scheme?

No we cannot supply a new car on the Motability scheme. However, we are authorised repairers for Vauxhall, Ford, Skoda and Kia, so we can provide Servicing and all Warranty repairs for those manufacturers.

Can you do the annual Servicing on my Motability scheme car?

Yes, at Underwoods we can action your annual Service requirements for Vauxhall, Ford, Skoda and Kia Motability scheme cars.

Can I return my Motability scheme car to Underwoods.

No, unfortunately we cannot take turned Motability scheme vehicles.

Do you provide courtesy cars to Motability drivers?

Yes, courtesy cars are available but are based on availability and we cannot provide courtesy cars with adaptations. A charge is also applied for insurance per day.

Are your dealership wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all our building have wheelchair accessibility and suitable toilet facilities.

We work with a number of carefully selected credit providers who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase.
