The Underwoods team are all fully qualified and experienced technicians best placed to care for your vehicle. We support all makes and models and are also Authorised Repairers for; Vauxhall, Skoda, Kia and Ford. Based in Clacton, Sudbury and Tiptree in Essex and Suffolk.
Types of vehicle Service?
By regularly Servicing your vehicle (whether that is annually or by mileage) is the best way to protect yourself against costly breakdowns and protect the value of your vehicle. Your service will consist of a variety of vehicle maintenance procedures, often referred to as a minor or major service or interim or full service.
Which service do you need?
As an Authorised Repairer we can access the manufacture schedules for Vauxhall, Skoda, Kia and Ford, as well as all other manufacturers. This will determine the requirement for various fluid and filters which may need replacing, commonly this will include; oil filter, fuel filter, air filter and pollen filter, and fluids including oil, brake fluid and radiator fluid. We will also check your screenwash.
Authorised Repairer Status
As mentioned previous we are authorised to repair Vauxhall, Skoda, Kia and Ford. All our technicians have been trained by these manufacturers and are the very best people to ensure your vehicle is serviced correctly.

Courtesy Cars & Collections
We can provide Courtesy Loan Cars to customer where required. Please ensure if you require a Courtesy Car you notify us at the point of booking and book well advance to avoid disappointment. Charges and terms apply*.
We will also collect and return vehicles within a specific radius of our locations. Please enquire locally^.
Free Vehicle Health Check
Every vehicle we Service receives a free ‘Vehicle Health Check’. This comprises of 112 different check points which are analysed by our technicians.
You will be provided with a report identifying any issues that may need immediate attention to ensure you are kept safely on the road.
Pricing
At Underwoods Motoring we do not have any hidden extra charges. The price you pay includes all fluids, oils and component parts required for the Service level selected.
Interim Service = £239. Major Service = £339^.
^Major Service only for vehicles over 3 years old and under two litre engine size. Major Service including Spark Plugs (for vehicles 4 and 8 years old) £370.
