Best Car Buying Experience I’ve Ever Had! I recently bought a car from Underwoods in Clacton and had such a great experience that I had to share it. Glyn was absolutely amazing, a true professional, but also genuinely friendly and funny, which made the whole process so enjoyable. I’ve honestly never had so much fun buying a car! He made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish, explained everything so clearly, and there was absolutely no pressure at any point. He really listened to what I needed and made sure I ended up with the perfect car for me. What really stood out was the personal touch, he even took the time to set the car up for me, pairing my phone and tuning in my favourite radio stations. I love my new car and I’m so glad I had the chance to deal with Glyn. I wouldn’t go anywhere else – Underwoods are the best!

Following a minor collision in the supermarket car park, instead of going to the Skoda main dealer we normally use, we decided to try Underwoods in Sudbury. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who arranged a next-day assessment and gave us a quote for the bodywork, which we accepted. The workshop facilities looked modern and clean and the job was executed within a couple of days of our first enquiry.
