Bodyshop Estimator / Administrator

Underwoods Motoring are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Administrator to join the team at our well-established Accident Repair Bodyshop in Sudbury, Suffolk.

This role will require an applicant with suitable estimating experience, good organisational skills and customer facing experience.

Main duties;

• Assessing vehicle damage and accurately estimating repair costs
• Presenting a detailed quotation and repair schedule to the customer
• Overseeing general organsation and filing
• Communicating with customers
• Liaising with Insurance companies and other third parties
• Working in liaison with the Aftersales Manager
• Answering telephone calls to the Bodyshop department

Our Sudbury based Bodyshop handles work from across the Underwoods Motoring group including internal repairs. We work with both retail and Insurance repairs and have an excellent reputation for completing work in a timely and efficient manner to a high standard.

The successful applicant must have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must take pride in their work, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motoring.

Hours are 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, no working Saturday. Full UK driving license required.
