Food Preparation Operative - NISA Sudbury

We are seeking a Food Preparation Operative at our NISA Local Store in Sudbury.

The role will involve the preparation of hot food snacks such as Sausage Rolls, Pastries, Hotdogs and Beefburgers, including the monitoring of the products suitability for sale to consumers during the day to ensure the products are served to deliver customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have previous experience of food preparation and be a willing hands-on member of the NISA Sudbury team. They must be polite, numerate and confident with people, with a focus on providing excellent customer service at all times.

A food hygiene certificate is essential and experience of food hygiene in a retail environment preferable, however training can be provided. The successful applicant should be friendly, presentable, numerate, hardworking and a good team player, as support may be requested in other areas of the store such as tills and stocking as required.

The working hours for this role are to be discussed with applicants, either full or part time. However a minimum expectation of 6:00 until 12:00 noon, 4 days a week is required.
