Sales Administrator - Part Time

Job Description

Underwoods are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their professional team based in Colchester, working part-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Applicants should have experience of working within a busy motor dealership with good communication and IT skills.

Duties include:

- Taxing of New Vehicle’s via AFRL
- Invoicing
- Used vehicle stock control
- Ordering of new vehicles
- Preparation of New and Used vehicle delivery paperwork
- New car delivery file auditing
- General administration

Previous experience of the motor trade is a necessity, with knowledge of the Pinnacle Dealer Management System highly advantageous but not essential.

The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and be able to work as part of a team. They must be able to work accurately and pay close attention to detail, taking pride in their work as well as being able to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Part-time hours are 8:30-14:00 Monday to Friday.
