To all our customers we have a 'Duty of Care'. This "duty" is our responsibility to ensure that every vehicle that has either been sold by Underwoods, received a Service, MOT or Repair, leaves with you in the best possible condition.
It is also our responsibility to ensure that you are made fully aware of all the important events in the life of your vehicle, which is why we will contact by all communication medias necessary to remind you of your annual servicing and your legal obligation for an annual MOT test. All to ensure the safety of you and your passengers whilst you are on the road.
We may also from time to time contact you to make you aware of the very latest opportunities to update your vehicle. With the best will in the world, you may not be aware of all the opportunities available to you. Often moving from your existing vehicle to a brand new model for little or no increase in cost.
