Underwoods Motoring are delighted to announce our investment in an exciting new project being undertaken at our Clacton branch. This project will increase the volume of used cars displayed and vastly improve parking and customer experience.
Extended Used Car Forecourt
With the demolition of two buildings on our premises, we will vastly increase the volume of used cars displayed on our forecourt. The disused residence on Herbert Road will be completely demolished, whilst the front portion of the Car Showroom facing Old Road will be dismantled, with a new frontage and entrance door created. This additional space will be resurfaced and provide a greatly extended used car forecourt.
During the demolition and resurfacing process, our used cars will be displayed in the rear car park and we are very much open for business. Please call our sales team on 01255 222444 for any enquiries or view our used car stock online by clicking here.
Additional Customer Parking
To significantly improve the customer parking experience in Clacton, we have invested in additional off-site secure parking for stored vehicles, freeing up space for visitors.
Once the forecourt project is complete and the used cars are returned, our then vacated main car park adjacent to our building with access from St Osyth Road, will make parking at Underwoods much easier for our customers.
Our Aim
With this project we will provide an enhanced service to our loyal customers in Clacton, with a far greater choice of vehicles, improved access to parking and a fresh new look to the location.
Works begins in February 2025.
