Smart Repairing makes the process of repairs much quicker and at a fraction of the cost of traditional body shop methods. We will always try to make the repair as simple and quick as possible, whilst any further work required will be identified and explained in advance..

No problem. At the Underwoods Bodyshop we can offer a manageable, interest free payment plan to help our customers cover the costs of car repairs with a service called Bumper. Bumper provides a fixed fee plan, payable over three monthly instalments.

We don't want to see you inconvenienced any more than you have been already after your accident. Therefore we will pick your car up and take it to our fully equipped workshop, make all the repairs to the highest of standards and deliver your car back to your chosen location.

Just before Christmas someone drove into my car and done significant damage. As my car was a Corsa. I emailed Underwoods Sudbury Bodyshop. On the same day I had an reply by email and after a quick phone call Martin Bodyshop manager and a repairer was coming round that afternoon to have a look at the damage. The same day I had a quote!!! Yes, we specialise in general repairs outside of the insurance companies.
Yes, our work is guaranteed for 12 month with the exception of corrosion repairs.
Yes, we can handle most insurance approved repairs and will liaise directly with the insurer on your behalf. We work with all UK insurance providers.

Please ensures images are take in good light and in focus, providing both a wide image of the vehicle and close up of any damaged areas.
Yes, we can provide a full respray for your car or small van (no high top vans or long wheel base due to size of oven).
Yes, loan cars are available but are based on availability. A charge is also applied for insurance per day.
Yes, we provide a free collection and delivery service within a 15 mile radius of Sudbury in Suffolk. A small charge is applied for the service for anywhere outside of this area is applied.
