Service Advisor - Sudbury

Underwoods Motoring in Sudbury are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional team on the Service Reception.

Underwoods offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful independent dealer group representing one of the world’s most established vehicle brands with a loyal and growing customer demographic.

The ideal candidate will be an articulate and motivated individual who can provide our customers with the highest standard of customer care, providing a smooth vehicle repair experience, whilst offering professional advice. The position requires the applicant to work as part of a team, following both Underwoods and the manufactures guidelines for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties include:

• Checking in and seeing out customers
• Raising job cards
• Take customer bookings
• Organising courtesy vehicles
• Following up with customers
• Liasing with Workshop Controller and Service Manager
• Warranty recalls
• Invoice all work carried out

Previous experience of an automotive Service department a necessity, with knowledge of Pinnacle 'Dealer Management System' an advantage. Good communication and IT skills are essential.

The successful applicant must have an excellent attitude and take pride in their work providing high levels of customer service, in line with the levels of excellence expected at Underwoods Motoring.

Hours are 8:00-18:00 Monday to Friday. NO SATURDAYS. Profit share scheme plus opportunity to earn additional commission from up-selling certain product lines.
