EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE FOR KEY WORKERS & THE VULNERABLE

In order to support our key workers and those in the most vulnerable situations, Underwoods are providing an Emergency Repair Service should your vehicle breakdown during the Coronavirus lockdown period.

This service is available to; proven NHS staff, Carers, Emergency Service workers and those most vulnerable in society (such as the elderly). Please be aware that we will require proof of "Key Worker" status such as an NHS ID card or Key Worker Letter, which will have been provided by your employer.

Jim Smith our Group Aftersales Manager will be on hand to answer the calls and assist you. If there is no answer please leave a message, leaving your name and telephone number and you will called back ASAP.

Jim will make appropriate arrangements for our workshop teams to meet with you and your recovered vehicle at our most suitable site (as listed below) at a specific date and time.
